Lynn Kennedy-Owner/Founder/Instructor
Lynn Kennedy is the owner and founder of Kennedy Stables. Lynn's love for horses began at a very young age. In 1974 she went to England and completed a course that prepared her for the B.H.S.A.I exam (passed with flying colours). Once she became a certified instructor, she moved to Maine where she learned all the ins and outs of running a successful stable. After her time in Maine, she went to NSAC (now Dalhousie) where she was the Stable Manager and Assistant Instructor. In 1982 Kennedy Stables became an official Training/Breeding/Lesson facility. Since then, Kennedy Stables has become a well known facility. Lynn has produced many riders, some of whom have become professionals in the horse world. Along side of producing riders, she has also bred and trained many successful horses. Lynn has helped hundreds of students of all ages and abilities start and grow their relationship with horses.
Adam-Stable Manager
Adam has been with Kennedy Stables for over two years. He has a long past of horsie history. Adam himself doesn't ride, he is an expert in horse health and care. Adam grew up on a farm where he took care of working draught horses. He is now positioned at Kennedy Stables where he handles and takes care of all our lovely horses and makes sure the stable is in tip top shape.
